At its core, therapy is about listening to a voice deep within yourself. A voice that you might not have heard for … who knows how long? A voice that has been muffled or shut off because of all of those things in the world, and the sadness or anxiety that you’re feeling inside. Other people don’t always know how much you’re carrying on your shoulders. It takes a lot to just get through the motions of each day. So you’ve lost touch with that voice inside, and with the person it belongs to.
Therapy is about finding your way home to you. It is about remembering and being just who you are, where you need to be, at this moment in time. As an integrative and person-centered therapist, I tailor my approach specifically to you and your unique experiences. My role is to be a supportive guide as you embark on this unique journey of self-discovery.
The first step (reaching out!) can be the hardest and takes enormous courage. You can schedule a free consultation by clicking here.
